Jeani Thomas Richie and B.J. Thomas
The Mother-Daughter team of B.J. Thomas and Jeani Thomas Richie have a longstanding involvement and commitment to the Texas real estate industry and the
Texas Hill Country. They are both dedicated to ethics, education, honesty, integrity and
servant leadership as evidenced by their reputation in the Texas Hill Country as the
go-to girls for all things real estate! B.J. moved to the Texas Hill Country in 1991
followed by Jeani in 1992 and they have dedicated themselves to giving back to the
Texas Hill Country communities that have so richly blessed them and their family
through the years.
The apple doesn't fall far from the tree...B.J. served as President of the New Braunfels/Canyon Lake Association of REALTORS® in 1996 and had the honor of performing
the inauguration ceremony of Jeani as President of NBCLAR ten years later in 2006. B.J.
was honored as REALTOR® of the Year in 1994 and Jeani received the same honor in 2005.
They have both served on the Canyon Lake Chamber of Commerce board of directors and
B.J. served as Chamber President in 2000. This dynamic duo are known for an elevated
level of professionalism and commitment to excellence in everything they do and always
raise the bar to a higher level of standards in the industry. Jeani is a licensed Texas
Broker, a TREC Certified Core Course and Mandatory Continuing Education
Instructor, Leadership Facilitator and member of the faculty of Texas REALTORS®
University. B.J. retired from full time real estate sales at the end of 2011, but still serves as
owner of CanyonCasa.com Real Estate.
